At Duelist Den, we take pride in providing a fun, transparent, and reliable Rip & Ship experience. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how and when your cards will be packaged and delivered.

📦 Processing & Shipping Time

• All Rip & Ship orders are processed and packed within 2–3 business days after your live break.

• Orders are shipped via USPS (or your preferred carrier if selected at checkout).

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is packed and scanned.

🎴 What We Ship

• Unless stated otherwise, we ship all hits & cards (holos, ultra rares, secret rares, alt arts, etc.).

🔒 Packaging & Protection

• All cards are securely sleeved, top-loaded when needed, and shipped in bubble mailers or boxes to ensure safe delivery.

• We treat your pulls like collectibles — because they are.

🚫 Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of live openings, all Rip & Ship orders are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on opened products.

• If your shipment arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
